I've gained a lot of weight lately.
최근에 살이 엄청 쪘어.

gain a lot of weight 살이 많이 찌다

ex1) I've gainde a lot of weight since taking this hob, as I sit all day long. 하루 종일 앉아 있어야 하는 이 일을 구하고 난 후 살이 많이 쪘어.

ex2) I've gainde a lot of weight since the weather cooled off. 날씨가 추워진 이후로 살이 많이 쪘어.

cool off[down] 1. 서늘해지다[서늘하게 하다]; 식다, 식히다  2. 가라앉다

ex3) I've gained a lot of weight from a stationary lifestyle. 활동적이지 않은 일상생활로 살이 많이 쪘어.

stationary 1. 움직이지 않는, 정지된 (↔mobile)  2. 변하지 않는, 비유동적인 (=static)
