My best friend lives in another apartment 15 minutes away on foot.

To be honest, since I became an adult, I haven't been close to all the neighbors since I lived in other cities. I mean, There weren't that many opportunities to run into them. But my best friend lives in another apartment 15 minutes away on foot. Our personalities are really different. We have been friends since high school. When I think of my high school days, I have a lot of memories with her. The most memorable thing was a snowball fight in the schoolyard on a snowy day. My clothes were all wet, so I had to change into my gym clothes. It was hard to see each other often because I went to universities in different regions after I became an adult, but I always tried to keep in touch. Even though we don't really spend that much time together, we always try to ask each other how we are doing or go to cafes and restaurants whenever we have a chance and sometimes have a drink.
